This section is dedicated to free events organized by the teacher for all students to meet, connect, and get to know one another beyond the regular coursework.
Don’t fret—there’s no homework involved!
These events are friendly, informal gatherings where students can spend more time speaking English and meeting not only their classmates, but also students from other classes.
Why join these events? Here are just a few great reasons:
⭐ Extra English-speaking practice outside regular lessons open to everyone
⭐ They take place on the weekend, from 4pm - 5.00pm
⭐ Completely free of charge
⭐ A chance to meet more people in a relaxed, supportive environment
⭐ An opportunity to express yourself on topics we don’t usually cover in class
⭐ A more laid-back setting to explore different types of interaction and activities
⭐ Optional extra correction and guidance, if you’d like it
More about the Events
❓ WHAT KIND OF ACTIVITIES CAN YOU EXPECT?
Pretty much anything! From watching a film together, to sharing your musical tastes, to discussing or debating topics proposed for the session.
You and the teacher can both suggest ideas—whether it’s a text, a video, or something else—so long as it’s in English.
❓ WHEN DO THESE EVENTS HAPPEN?
Since the teacher is usually busy during the week, events take place on Saturdays or Sundays - at 4pm.
We understand weekends are also for relaxing, so events are planned once a month. You’ll be informed in advance, of course.
If most students are enjoying themselves and want more, the teacher is more than happy to schedule extra events.
